RE:                 Spanish Regents Exam (Oral Portion)

As you are all aware, the end of the year is fast approaching. The Spanish level III students, as part of their regents exam in June, are required to take an oral portion prior to the actual date of the exam. MOST of the students will be pulled out of their study halls or my Spanish class for at least a 15 minute interval in order to accomplish this task. If it is not possible to take them out of their study hall, my class, or if they have no study halls, it becomes necessary to take them out of another academic class. I apologize for any inconvenience in this matter. I have made every effort to see that this does not occur. If this is a problem, please see me personally. The dates and the times that the students are scheduled are listed below:
